As an artist and gilder, I work with glass as my primary support. I employ Verre Eglomise technique, which is the art of painting and gilding on the reverse side of the glass. Designs are engraved into the gold or silver leaf and painted. In some cases, I work on both sides of the glass with precious metal leaf and enamel paints, such as seen in my two-dimensional and framed pieces. On other work, I hand paint original designs or apply images of my original paintings using decoupage technique with gold or silver leaf overlays.

I employ the highest quality materials, including 23 Karat gold leaf, fine silver and copper leaf.

All pieces are sealed rendering them as usable art.
